  • Q What is your MOQ about your three series of power tools?

    A If you do OEM service, then the MOQ is 500pcs; if you want to be our brand agent, then the MOQ is not limited, but there is MOA 5000USD requirement.

  • Q How to get samples?

    A Of course, you just need to left your requirements and address in inquiry, we will calculate the sample cost and delivery cost. After your confirm and paid,  the samples will be delivered.

  • Q How to place an order?

    A
    Send an inquiry with your requirements and quantities to us by email. Then our sales will contact you to offer price and check other details with you.

  • Q What's the lead time of mass production?

    A It takes 10 to 15 days for G★LAXIA brand order; The customized order is 45-60days, repeat order will be 30-45days.

  • Q What is your payment term?

    A
    The first order we prefer T/T 30% deposit and balance paid against inspection report confirm. Repeat orders, we can discuss any other possibilities.

  • Q What kinds of certificates do you have?

    A We have the certificate of ISO9001, BSCI, ETL, GS, CE, EMC, ROHS, and TUV. If you want to check these certificates, please leave your needs on inquiry. 

  • Q What's the after sales service policy?

    A
    According markets differences, we offer 6 months to 2 years warranty. And we provide 1-2% regular parts for repair.
